Invoices people actually open.
Email gets buried and paper gets lost. A WhatsApp message is read within minutes, on the phone your client already has in their hand.
Seen, not buried
Your invoice lands in the same chat as their friends and family, not in a spam folder.
Nothing to install
One tap opens the invoice in the browser. It works on any phone.
Pay from the message
The Pay online button takes them straight to FIB, QiCard, Zain Cash, a card and more.
From your screen to their chat.
-
STEP 1
Create the invoice
Choose the client, add your items, tax and any discount. The total is worked out for you.
-
STEP 2
Send it
One click sends it to the client’s WhatsApp number, with a link to the full invoice.
-
STEP 3
They open and pay
Your client reads it, downloads the PDF if they want, and pays online. You see it straight away.
A short message, and one button.
The message names the invoice and the amount, and links to the full invoice page. If it isn’t paid on time, reminders follow in the same chat.
- The invoice number and amount, right in the message
- The full invoice, with items, tax and total
- A PDF copy and a Pay online button
Quotes and reminders go the same way.
Every document your client needs from you arrives in one familiar place, so nothing gets lost between email, paper and phone calls.
- Quotes sent on WhatsApp, turned into invoices once accepted
- Recurring invoices sent on schedule, without you
- Automatic payment reminders until the invoice is paid
Questions about WhatsApp invoicing
Does my client need to install anything?
No. The WhatsApp message carries a link that opens the invoice in their phone’s browser. There is no app and no account to create.
Can I send quotes on WhatsApp too?
Yes. Quotes go out the same way as invoices, and an accepted quote becomes an invoice without retyping anything.
Can my client still get a PDF?
Yes. The invoice page has a download button for a PDF copy they can keep, print or forward to their accountant.
What if my client does not pay?
waslpay sends polite reminders on WhatsApp: one before the due date, then 3, 7 and 14 days after it, until the invoice is paid.
